Saxo Bank offers a variety of account types so clients can choose the level of personal service that suits them best. Every account provides access to Saxo Bank’s complete range of trading products and platforms, as well as to customer service and technical support through Saxo Bank’s Client Service Center. Available 24 hours a day, 5 days a week, the Client Service Center answers account enquiries and assists clients with technical issues and other non-trading-related questions. Reflecting the Bank’s global client base, the Client Service Center team delivers support in a number of different languages.

For clients who prefer a more personal service, Saxo Bank’s Premium and Platinum Accounts offer access to a dedicated Account executive by phone, e-mail or online chat, along with free extended news and research.



Trading advisory service

Platinum Accounts offer additional customer services, including expedited setup, priority access to the Client Service Center and individual flexible pricing tailored to each client’s trading volumes.

In selected countries, Platinum Account holders also have access to Saxo Bank’s Trading Advisory Service. Advisory clients are assigned their own Trading Advisor who provides independent trading recommendations in all asset classes tailored to the individual’s risk profile, portfolio and overall asset allocation. Trading Advisory clients also have access to professional portfolio tools, as well as extensive reports covering the performance of assets under management, exposure and leverage.
